Invincible Colliery

The Minister for Planning, the Honourable Kristina Keneally, approved the Development Application for the Invincible Colliery allowing for the current phase of extraction using open cut mining methods in December 2008.

 

Environmental Protection License 1095

 

Cullen Valley Mine

The Minister for Infrastructure and Planning, Craig Knowles, approved the Development Application for the Cullen Valley Mine allowing for the current phase of extraction using open cut mining methods in 2004.
